Return & Exchange Policy

At Tuki Taki, we want you to truly love what you order. We offer exchanges for sizing issues or in the unlikely case of a defect (every piece goes through multiple rounds of quality checks before shipping!).

What can I exchange?

  • Items with sizing issues
  • Items that arrive defective or damaged

What can’t be exchanged?

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items with stains, odors, or damage not caused by us
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

How long do I have to request an exchange?
Please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.

How does it work?
Right now, exchanges are processed through email so we can personally make sure everything goes smoothly:

  • Email us at teamtukitaki@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to exchange, and the reason.
  • We’ll confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps.
  • Return shipping is on us!
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll ship out your replacement.

We promise to respond within 24 hours and make the process as easy as possible.
